Aufgaben

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for Founder / CEO as required
  • Book travel arrangements for Founder / CEO as required , including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Support and manage Founder / CEO with personal calendar and activities
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results .
  • Support the p lan ning and coordinat ion of company events and meetings .
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed .
  • Lead the office management of Munich office , including coordination and communication with landlord, suppliers and social committee

Profil

  • Requirements
  • 6 + years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a simi lar position with strong experience and exp osure of managing communications and schedules of senior executives
  • Previous experience in event planning and travel management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicati on skills both in English and German.
  • Proficient in
  • MS Excel, Word and Outlook and other office management tools and applications ;
  • Prior experience with scheduling, tracking, and invoicing .
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask .
