Responsible for all aspects of the program to ensure success - identifying critical path, critical risks Establish project plans in collaboration with the technical project leader and the Director of engineering, check for logistic constraints, resources, lead-time, etc. Conduct project monitoring and co-ordination of activities between the different groups (e.g. design, application, product management, operations, assembly, ...) Drive project execution according to Engineering process, track and report projects according to quality standards and deviations to the plan Understand barriers, challenges, and trade-offs in all functional areas (chip design, test development, application, SW, firmware, Product and Test Engineering, quality, sourcing, customer engineering, marketing, etc.) in order to maintain a coherent plan for delivering to schedule, product cost and revenue Establish strong vendor/customer relationship - communicate status to customers regularly

Acts as entrepreneur for the products (CMOS Image Sensors & Optics as final Image Sensor Modules) and develops profitable growth (incl. P&L responsibility and accountability for revenue and design win) Defines a product roadmap as guidance for customers and for internal organizations Leads business development process within product line anticipating market trends Supervises the activities within the program's projects from product definition, product development and product delivery, ensuring aspects like T2M and profitability are met Owns product lifecycle management according to market and customer needs Drives partner network strategy especially for the Image Sensor Modules business Ensures strong team spirit and close interfaces to R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, Marketing and Sales Drives continuous improvement
