Your Responsibilities
- Point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding compliance and data protection law
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining the compliance and data protection management system; depending on experience, assuming responsibility for specific areas in projects
- Participation in data protection and compliance-related projects
- Close collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Contribution to the development and implementation of privacy policies, guidelines, agreements, and contracts
- Support for the whistleblowing system and the handling of compliance incidents
- Support and participation in training sessions, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives, as well as active involvement in training programs
Your Qualifications
- A degree in law (1st and/or 2nd state examination) or business law (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree)
- Additional qualifications in compliance or data protection are desirable
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a compliance department or in data protection law is advantageous
- Knowledge in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-fraud, antitrust law, and data protection is advantageous
- Very good proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Word
- Good English skills are a mandatory requirement
