Profil

• Degree in Computer Science, Business and Computer Science, or a comparable qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
• Basic knowledge of the application and administration of ServiceNow is an advantage but not mandatory
• Interest in governance, risk, and compliance management
• Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented working style
• Team player with good communication skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• Support in the implementation and maintenance of the GRC module in ServiceNow
• Collaboration with various departments to identify requirements for GRC processes and to map them in ServiceNow
• Participation in the analysis and optimization of existing processes in the area of governance, risk, and compliance
• Support in the implementation of new features and modules
• Assistance in training and supporting end users in using the GRC module
• Creation of documentation and reports
• Conducting tests and quality assurance measures
• Support the development and maintenance of additional applications within the existing tool landscape
