Senior Division Supply Planner/Biz analyst

Job Description
Planning analyst is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link. Responsibilities may include development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan & capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders. May also conducts scenario (whatif) planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary. Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels. Drives continuous process/project improvements.

Voraussetzungen

Qualifications


  • Technical Bachelor's degree & Master's Degree in Business or Supply Chain management with 7+years of experience in relevant supply planning operations.
  • Proficient use and role modeling of LEAN methods and processes in everything you do, with an emphasis on critical thinking, standardization, and operating with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, business acumen, and understanding of Intel's product portfolio, customer base & manufacturing flows.
  • Knowledge of the industry standard S&OP process.
  • Broad operations and influencing skill sets emphasizing leadership and crisp communication.
  • Proven track record in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a cross geo team environment
  • Must be able travel to Asia, Europe, & US as needed.

  • Industry similar work experience in supply chain operations.
  • Previous work with customers, Geo. management, global supply management teams
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
