Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a (Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Technology team. In this position, you will be responsible for deriving data-based insights and developing strategies to convert the user while providing an excellent user experience.



Your responsibilities will be:

  • Planning and executing data driven optimizations to optimize the customer’s sign-up journey and ultimately the sign-up and buying conversion rate.
  • Owning the internal CRO roadmap and execution of the roadmap in all Marketing channels;
  • Initiating hypothesis-driven A/B tests with the aim of improving visitor to member/buyer conversion;
  • Identifying new opportunities through optimization of both UX and UI
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of each marketing channel and acting as an advisor on the optimal sign-up strategy to follow
  • Collaborating with CRO managers, developers, designers and business stakeholders on setting up, prioritizing and running the CRO strategy

 

Voraussetzungen

You come with:

  • 4+ Years of experience in a similar CRO Manager role, ideally in areas such as SEM, SEO and/or Social Media
  • Proven track record of driving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys and improving conversion rates on site
  • High analytical competence and affinity for numbers combined with excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of creativity
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager 360)
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize
  • You are an independent multitasker with laser sharp focus on all running projects
  • You do not get demotivated when experiments “fail” - you are able to persevere and move on to new challenges, using all the insights and experience you have gained
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
