Job Description

We are game changers! We develop complex mobile communication systems, leveraging our unique advantages in the areas of RF, Mixed Signal, power management, monolithic integration and comprehensive know-how in cellular software and systems development. The validation of such products requires thorough analysis and verification. For our RF component verification team we are looking for a:

RF Component Verification Intern Student (f/m)

responsible for helping engineers to perform testing and characterization of advanced RF and mixed-signal blocks or features within monolithic cellular transceiver chips.


Daily duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • hardware Lab related tasks (board soldering, board testing),
  • development of test automation routines,
  • test result analysis,
  • logistic related tasks (shipping, distribution, tracking, etc.).

The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) is responsible for the design, development, and production of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products that go into Intel’s next generation client and mobile platforms. Voraussetzungen

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 Semesters completed in Electronics or Telecommunication;
  • Basic experience in electronic circuits, signal processing;
  • Basic experience with lab measurement Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multi-Meters, Signal analyzers);
  • Basic knowledge of RF measurement techniques is a plus;
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office (Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required;
  • Basic programming skill (e.g. C, LabView, Matlab, Python, Excel, VBA, etc.) is required;
  • Very good command of English and German language (nice to have).
