Physical Design Engineer (f/m)

Job Description

 

In this position you will work hands-on layout and verification of CMOS circuit blocks such as mixers, LNAs, amplifiers, PLLs, ADC/DACs, filters and dedicated analog processing circuits.

As a RFIC Analog / Mixed Signal Physical Design Engineer you will transfer circuits into photo masks using Cadence and perform verifications using Mentor/Calibre.

The translation and verification of schematics require profound knowledge of semiconductor circuits as well as know-how in modern semiconductor Technologies.

Qualifications


What you’ll do:

In this Position you are responsible for the creation and verification of integrated circuits. The communication and collaboration with the circuit development is crucial to achieve the optimum matching between transistor level schematics and real life integrated circuits.

 

Must Have:

  • FH/University degree (BA/MA) in electronics or equivalent
  • Experience: Knowledge in analog RF Layout, preferable in latest Technologies
  • Technical experience in Cadence Design Framework
  • English Language skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in UNIX/Linux operating systems is welcome but not a must
  • German language skills would be a plus
