We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who builds implements and continuously improves our indirect sales processes according to the different challenges of our marketplaces.

You are communicative and well-organized? You want to act as an ambassador of the Industry 4.0 and be part of our strategic Partner Management?

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and negotiate with new business partners
  • Innovate and lead the channel strategy for a diverse partner network all over Europe
  • Analyze and evaluate different markets and develop a clear strategy and hands-on approach to develop and scale new markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Support the transition from a direct to an indirect sales approach

Voraussetzungen

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in B2B business development in an industrial setting either direct or channel distribution
  • Experience in Partner Sales beneficial
  • Experience analyzing market trends
  • Business fluency in English, German is a plus
