Your role and goals

trbo is a Munich headquartered company with a strong customer base, and we’re looking to further grow our business and team in Europe. Are you a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you live and breathe B2B sales? Are you ready to kick off new sales strategies for us in our European target regions? Join our team as a Partner Manager and help us become the go-to name for onsite personalization globally!

In your first 3 months you will

  • Understand the trbo platform and familiarize yourself with the eCommerce/marketing technology SaaS environment
  • Create a standardized working environment and relationships with your sales peers & the marketing team 
  • The output of the first three months will be: drafting your territory plan on how to help us grow existing and recruit impactful new partnerships

In your first 6 months and beyond you will

  • Start executing on your plan
  • Make contact with existing agency partners to find mutual value and benefits
  • Start recruiting new partners or create strategic alliances and get them on board 
  • Get your first joint customer deals
  • You will track and monitor the partnerships’ KPI's
  • You will report on progress to senior management
  • Engage and communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders such as sales, enablement, operations and marketing
  • Develop creative new ideas about going to market with assigned partners 
  • Initiate joint marketing activities with partners


  • 3+ years of professional experience in partner sales or sales (ideally 1+ years in Agency SaaS sales or eCommerce)
  • Proven track record in and understanding of eCommerce, performance marketing and/or online advertising industries globally
  • Experience in enterprise, value-based selling to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives in complex selling environments
  • Analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into action plans
  • Someone that is solutions oriented and creative
  • Someone who is ambitious
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, driven and has the initiative to meet deadlines
  • Someone who has a background in data
  • Fluency in English
