As the next step forward, we recently launched our first Process Mining initiative to gain transparency and data-backed insights into our processes. We are at the very beginning of an exciting journey, in which you as (Junior) Process Mining Data Analyst (m/f/d) will have a huge impact on the roll-out and hence on our process mining roadmap. Within the currently establishing Process Mining CoE (Center of Excellence) you will be an integral part of pathing our way towards a process-centric and data-driven organization!
You work closely together with business functions, IT system experts and the Process Mining CoE to translate business requirements into meaningful data pipelines and process data structures
You steer the technical perspective of the development and delivery of the Process Mining (PM) service offering within SIXT
You develop the data integration pipeline (ETL) from the database query to the creation of the event log inside the process mining software
You design and develop process data models as well as system connectors to SIXT´s various information systems (standard as well as custom made), enabling analysis of numerous processes, such as Procurement, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Damage, etc.
You set up complex in-depth process analyses with the aid of machine learning
You are a graduate in the field of business information systems, computer science, computer science-oriented business administration or a comparable education
You have very good knowledge of SQL (preferably also Python or R) and experience in high performance database queries and ETL processes using SQL
You have preferably experience with implementing process mining software and process data structures, process query languages are a plus
You can quickly understand process flows in IT systems and have preferably knowledge of ERP and/or CRM data structures
You´re fluent in English (German is a plus) and a team player with a customer orientation mindset
