Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a (Junior) CRM Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for all customer relationship marketing activities, especially our daily email marketing and online communication. In addition, you will compile analysis and implement CRM activities that build on those insights.



You are responsible for:

  • Implementation of multi channel customer journeys via e-mail, push or on site channels in our campaign management tool
  • Supporting the set up of cross-department CRM measures in close cooperation with business stakeholders and developers to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Controlling, maintaining and optimizing our existing campaign setup along the customer lifecycle for all Westwing countries
  • Monitoring e-mail and push KPIs and drawing conclusions and actions points from these reports
  • Collaborate across teams using data and technology while following a solution oriented approach to drive marketing automation, greater levels of personalization and process optimizations
  • Rolling out best-practice CRM for Westwing globally

 

Voraussetzungen

You come with:

  • Academic degree in business with an analytical, marketing or technical focus
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience in CRM or related
  • Experience in the execution of customer selections and implementation of customer journeys in a CRM campaign management tool
  • Ability to find pragmatic and creative solutions in a technical environment
  • Quick comprehension of complex matters, curiosity in optimizing processes and detecting potential for improvements
  • Affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset with the ability to condense data to the essentials and draw conclusions from them
  • Good Excel knowledge is a must and experience in SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
