Your role and goals
trbo is a Munich-based company with a strong customer base, and we’re looking to further grow our business and team in Europe.
Are you a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you live and breathe B2B sales? Are you ready to kick off new sales strategies for us in our European target regions? Join our team as an Account Executive and help us become the go-to name for onsite personalization globally!


In your first 3 months you will 

  • Understand the trbo platform and familiarize yourself with the eCommerce/marketing technology SaaS environment
  • Create a standardized working environment and relationships with your sales peers & the marketing team 
  • Get an overview of your accounts and start setting up your sales strategy
  • Start building your pipeline and identify new opportunities

In your first 6 months and beyond you will

  • Start to move prospects through the sales cycle and sign initial deals
  • Continue to grow your pipeline to build your business
  • Own sales cycles in alignment with supporting departments (e.g. BDR, Integration, Client Success)
  • Manage and collaborate with enterprise partner relationships
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing


Voraussetzungen

  • 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales (ideally in SaaS)
  • Proven track record ideally in the eCommerce, performance marketing, and/or online advertising industries
  • Experience in value-based selling to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives in complex selling environments
  • Ability to identify, qualify and convert leads to deals
  • Analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into action plans
  • Self-motivation, dedication, drive, and the initiative to meet deadlines
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that involves you thinking outside the box and creating solutions
  • Fluency in English
