Global Syndicate is a global product unit at the core of UniCredit’s corporate finance business within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The unit takes responsibility for the entire life cycle of syndicated loans and projects bonds from origination, pricing, arranging, underwriting and syndication. Structured Syndicate with teams in Munich and London covers all medium and long-term structured financing activities in the sectors ofInfrastructure (roads, airports, hospitals etc.), Power (conventional and renewable power generation), Natural Resources (Oil & Gas and Mining & Metals) and Structured Commodity Finance & Export Finance with Export Credit Agencies.


Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Support in the syndication process of project finance transactions
  • Support in market research, price benchmarking and developing an opinion on current dynamics in financial markets
  • Procure data from relevant databases (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters etc.) and public sources and draw conclusions from the data analysis for specific financings together with the team
  • Support the team in preparing syndication opinions regarding current transactions, which are submitted to management as part of the internal commercial and risk assessment of upcoming financing
  • Support in the preparation of client presentations in order to pitch for and win large scale advisory and financing mandates for UniCredit
  • Be a vital day-to-day contact for colleagues from UniCredit´s various project finance units, supporting them with research and analysis of market data-Assistance in internal and external reporting

  • Preferably student of business administration, economics or law
  • Strong proficiency in oral and written English and German, further language skills are a plus
