Participate in the daily business context, join our regular team events and enjoy IT talks, common conferences and spontaneous beergarden get-togethers.As Inhouse Consultant IT Service Management you are responsible for the management of existing IT Service Management frameworks as well as for the establishement and further development of related processes.


Do what you love:

  • You are responsible for the definition, implementation and optimization of IT service management processes (including problem, service asset & configuration and change management).
  • You control the cooperation and coordination of the responsible process managers (including incident, problem and change management) and take on selected roles in IT service management.
  • Taking into account the requirements of the business areas, you support the further development of the Sixt IT service catalog and the contract design with external service providers
  • You define appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corresponding measurement criteria of IT processes and services and present them confidentially in performance reports.
  • You recognize potential for improvement in IT processes and services and develop optimization measures for this.

Voraussetzungen

Come as you are:

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT Service Management as well as extensive, proven experience in the design, implementation and controlling of IT service processes?
  • You have an ITIL Expert certification as well as in-depth knowledge of IT service management tools (optimal ServiceNow)? You have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructures of modern IT service providers and their regulation?
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills, secure communication, assertiveness and negotiating security in the regulation of external service providers?
  • You have successfully completed a university degree in (business) informatics or an equivalent qualification?
  • You speak German and English fluently?
