Impact International Graduate Program – Markets Sales / Trading (f/m)

The Markets product line encompasses the full range of financial and investment products and services
for CIB, Commercial Banking, as well as third-party retail clients. It includes risk management solutions
and advisory services, investment products and award-winning research.
Markets successfully meets the changing needs of institutional and corporate clients through loan
origination, structuring, distribution and trading. It also serves as a market maker for financial products.

What you can expect from us
Our Impact International Graduate Program is a 18-month development journey that will give you a
unique insight into UniCredit. Thanks to a rotational path, you will get to know various business lines
and areas of the bank, acquiring skills and competencies, and creating your own network.
Your entry as Graduate and home base of the Impact Graduate Program will be in our Markets Product
line. We are looking for a dedicated candidate in either Trading or Sales. In the cover letter, please
specify your area of interest and explain what is the motivation behind your choice.

Voraussetzungen

What we expect from you
-Preferably a master’s degree in economics, quantitative finance, mathematics or other Markets business relevant study field and excellent academic records
-Interest for capital markets and work/internship experience in that area and/or investment banking, fund management, macroeconomic analysis, quantitative analysis, investment consultancy or client advisory area
-Understanding of products, applications, models and risk management for Corporate Clients
-Proficient in Excel and familiarity with information providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Thomson Reuters, Murex, etc.
-Good communication skills and team player
-International experience
-Fluency in English
-Fluency in German (proficiency in German is highly preferred)
-Internationally Mobile
-Full-time availability starting from September 2018

exceptional quantitative approach and outstanding capacity for problem solving, quick thinking and execution
-Sales profile: excellent communication, analytical and collaborative skills to assist our team of salesperson and directly interact with our clients
