Impact International Graduate Program - International Corporate Banking (f/m)

bank, HypoVereinsbank engages in all kinds of banking activities. It is responsible for
UniCredit´s operations in Germany and is also the competence center for international
investment banking.
Internationalisation is a key topic in the strategy of the UniCredit. Germany plays a key role here, with
its high level of direct investment and its export-driven companies. Thanks to its international network,
the UniCredit significantly differentiates itself from its competitors in Corporate Banking in Germany.
On the one hand, the International Center Germany supports and coordinates the sales activities of our
international network to our German multinationals and commercial banking customers. On the other
hand, we also organise and provide support when advising foreign corporate clients in our regional
network in Germany.
Our Impact International Graduate Program is a 18-month development journey that will give you a
unique insight into HypoVereinsbank and UniCredit. Thanks to a rotational path, you will get to know
various business lines and areas of the bank, acquiring skills and competencies, and creating your own
network.
As part of your International Graduate Program, you will become familiar with the various facets of the
work of the International Center Germany.

What you can expect from us
Thanks to multiple rotations, you will gain insight into the entire range of consulting for international
corporate customers for e. g. conceptional development of sales approaches together with the foreign
unit, market and competitive analyse, monitoring and reporting the international busines, direct
contact with customers together with the sales specialists.
In doing so, you will also gain an insight into a wide range of banking products, from classic credit and
cash management, through to structured financing, M&A or other tailored solutions to meet the
customers' needs. In addition, a trip to one of our units abroad is a fixed part of the Program, which will
give you the opportunity to acquire expertise in group-wide processes and build up a network of
relevant departments and colleagues.

Furthermore some of your main tasks are:
- Providing support to the team in all the above-mentioned subject areas as well as in special projects
  (market research, sales initiatives, data preparation and analysis)
- Taking responsibility for your own subject areas
- Developing sophisticated concepts and presentations
- Supporting sales in the development of tailor-made international sales approaches for our corporate
  customers

Voraussetzungen

What we expect from you
- Excellent University degree in business studies with a focus on finance, international business,
  mathematics, statistics or business informatics
- Relevant work experience in banking or consulting advantageous
- Relevant international experience
- Ability to think analytically and strategically
- Team player and high degree of customer orientation
- Confident appearance, enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- Outstanding commitment and a high degree of flexibility
- Englisch and German fluency
- Full-time availability starting from September 2018
