a state-recognized degree as an educator (m/w/d), child care worker (m/w/d) or you have another educational qualification
(e.g. N.V.Q level 3 in Early Years and Childcare, Diploma in Childcare and Education, B.A. Education or Childhood Practice, HNC, Nursery Nursing, Bachelor in Psychology or equivalent)

Native level English language skills and at least basic knowledge of German (B1 level)
