Customer Care Specialist (m/f)


Key responsibilities


  • The Customer Care Specialist is the voice and mediator between our guests and the company.
  • Managing the `Guest Service´ inbox through effectively logging, tracking and closing each case in a timely manner ensuring a satisfactory conclusion
  • Delivering content and supporting the marketing department in answering social media related inquiries on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency to improve processes, procedures, policies and standards.
  • Seeking resolutions to issues using internal and external contacts.
  • Supporting and educating retail partners to deal with customer complaints more effectively and providing them with necessary information on any customer issues.
  • Providing customer feedback to allow partners throughout the organization to achieve business results and to help support the implementation of company programs.
  • Reporting from all incoming channels (including social media) to display the current customer satisfaction status and trends.


Voraussetzungen

Experience required


  • Apprenticeship / Business studies and first experience in an international environment
  • Solid experience in a busy customer service or call center orientated environment is an advantage
  • Strong German and English verbal and written skills are essential as well as strong listening skills
  • Social media knowledge and skills
  • Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
  • Advanced level in MS word, spreadsheet and database skills is essential
  • Ability to multi task and use customer care expertise to resolve complaints immediately
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and remain calm and professional at all times
  • Good team player, general administrative and organizational skills
