We collaborate only with approximately 180 selected designer collections worldwide. Our international team in our headquarters in Munich consists of nearly 400 highly talented and passionated members from over 50 nations. We offer an unique and best-in class service to the customers we have in more than 120 countries. We use and develop the best practices in IT, Human Resources, operations, online marketing, webshop design, in addition to creating very innovative digital content for our editorial, public relations and branding activities. Since September 2014 mytheresa.com has been an independent subsidiary of the Neiman Marcus Group.


To support our Customer Care Team, we are currently searching for a service-oriented full-time employee based in our office in Munich.


Your responsibilities:


  • Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
  • Answering to customer requests (phone calls and e-mails)
  • Styling, shopping and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Close cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse and Shipping departments

Voraussetzungen

Your qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of French and English
  • Profound experience in customer service within the luxury fashion industry as well as in dealing with premium clients
  • Competence in style and good knowledge of the mytheresa.com brands
  • Working computer skills required (MS-Office)
  • Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-data
  • Creditableness, ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork
  • Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
