Key Responsibilities.


  • Coherent brand communication & initiatives which tell the brand story and lead to strong equity, relevant brand differentiation and customer engagement.
  • Supports Operations Team in delivering Annual Plan Targets
  • Leads Marketing team in a matrix organization
  • Effective collaboration with the stakeholders, other divisions as well as Marketing colleagues in other markets
  • Growth and successful performance of Starbucks Loyalty program through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Planning and implementation of local campaigns, promotions and activations
  • Inspires and engages Operations Team winning their buy-in and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Performance tracking on an ongoing bases
  • Grows the business through data-based Category Management and successful partnerships with 3rd parties & suppliers.
  • Manages relationship with external agencies
  • Controls marketing budget


Voraussetzungen

Experience required.

  • Graduation in Marketing as well as at least 10 years’ experience in the business
  • Relevant marketing, product and / or brand management experience, including P&L responsibility
  • Proven experience of delivering campaigns to increase market impact, build differentiation and customer experience
  • Proven experience of leading multiple projects from inspiration to completion
  • Customer Focused, well organized as well as strong project management skills
  • In depth awareness and knowledge of local consumer & market trends
  • Well-developed strategic and operational capabilities
  • Excellent communicator in German & English (written and verbal) essential
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
